How to Order

Firstly you will need to find the products that you want to purchase from us. You can find the products you require in many different ways but the primary browsing methods are to either use the search bar at the top of the page or to navigate to the different products using the main navigation bar at the top of the page. This is split in sections to make it easier for you to find exactly what you want.

Once you have found the product that you wish to purchase simply select the required ammount and hit the add to basket button.

Once you have added your item(s) to the basket you will be taken to view all of the items contained in your basket. Either hit the "Continue Shopping" to continue browsing the store and add more products to your basket. Or if you are happy with your selections then apply any discount codes that you might have by entering them into the discount box below the cart and hitting the update basket button. Then if you are happy with everything hit the checkout button.

If you are already logged in then you can proceed straight to step 5. Otherwise if you have an account with us then simply enter your registered email address and chosen password and hit the log in button. If you are new to us then enter all of your details in the registration area of the page and hit the register button to create your account.

Now you are ready to select you shipping address. If you have used the site before then you can hit the "Ship to This Address" button next to the address you wish your products to be shipped to. If, however you wish to enter a brand new shipping address the simply enter it into the form and hit the “Ship to This Address” button.

On the next page you will need to choose your desired shipping method, on changing the shipping option the basket at the bottom of the page will update with the price of the required shipping and update the total to pay appropriately. Next you will need to either select a previously used address from the list or enter a new one into the form. Please ensure that this address is the one registered to the credit/debit card that you are going to make your purchase with. Now you will need to enter your card details into the form opposite. Please note that all of your details will be send over a 128bit encrypted connection and are not at any risk.

Ok we are nearly there, all you need to do now is check over your order and entered details and if they are all correct then click the "Confirm and Purchase" button. If you do notice an error then simply press the "Return and Edit" button on the relevant section to go back and change it. Please note that you will have to re-enter your credit card details if going back to edit anything, this is to help ensure that your card details are safe.

Once your order is completed you will be given your order number and a link to your account where you are able to view all of the order details. You will also receive an email to your registered email address containing all of the relevant order details.
